An agreement has been reached with the Laboratory on a wage opener for 2006. A ratification vote was held and the
MFC body agreed to a 3% general wage increase.
Also on the ballet were two MOA's to change the contract, first is a change from monthly dues deductions
to weekly, second is a change from using payroll numbers to using the last four digits of the Social Security Number for establishing
seniority for employees hired on the same day after Feburary 1, 2005. Both of the MOA's were agreed to by the MFC body.
